What conditions must be met to receive points?

To receive points, you must complete both Catch and StudyRich membership registration, submit your phone number used for Catch registration and StudyRich member ID on the event page, and agree to the privacy policy.

How do I exchange points?

You can apply through the "Point Token Exchange" menu in the app.

Where can I check my points after participating in the event?

You can check your accumulated points in "My Page - MY NOTE" after participating in the event.

What's the minimum amount of Note Points needed for token exchange?

Note Points can be exchanged for EDUM tokens when you have accumulated at least [20,000 points].

Are tokens equivalent to cash?

Tokens provided by StudyRich are digital assets based on blockchain technology. They can be used for various activities within the service and can be converted to real assets through buying and selling when listed on specific exchanges. However, they are not legal tender and may fluctuate according to exchange rates.

Event Guidelines

1. Point Award Conditions

  • Points will only be awarded to those who are registered members of both Catch and StudyRich.

2. Personal Information Submission and Consent

  • Catch members must submit their phone number and StudyRich members must submit their member ID through the event page in the app.
  • Event participation will only be recognized after completing the privacy policy agreement for point distribution.

3. Personal Information Deletion

  • Submitted personal information will be deleted without delay after the event ends, in accordance with relevant laws.

4. Point Distribution Schedule

  • Points will be distributed within 7 days after the event ends, following internal review.

5. No Multiple Participation

  • Point distribution may be restricted if the same member participates multiple times using different accounts.

6. Event Changes and Termination

  • Event content and schedule may change according to company circumstances, and changes will be announced in advance.

8. Fraudulent Participation Restrictions
